At the administrative commission (scrutineering) each participant needs to hand in a completed questionnaire with information about yourself, your car and the meaning of "Ladoga" in your life, which will be read out at the opening ceremony.

This year we have received a record number of entries for Ladoga Trophy-Raid. At the moment the number of registered crews is around 280 and shortly we will find out how many of them will cross the start line. 2/3 of crews are coming to Ladoga from other cities of Russia and abroad.
In early May the organizers signed a cooperation agreement with FSHI "All-Russian Center of Emergency and Radiation Medicine named after A. M. Nikiforov". The emergency medicine physicians will be on duty at each Ladoga camp and at the difficult special stages.
Ladoga organizers made an agreement with RTK Fuel Company. There will be a diesel fuel truck in each Ladoga Trophy-Raid 2012 camp. Price: 26.5 RUR per liter.
